We will be leaving at 4 p.m. on December 13th to go to the Prairie Lights in Grand Prairie. We will eat our evening meal at Luby’s then enjoy the drive-thu Christmas decorations and Laser Show. This promises to be an enjoyable Christmas activity. Make reservations by contacting Betty McIntyre at 817-641-6870. Cost is $5 plus the cost of your supper.
Christmas Poinsettias
We are hoping for a strong response to the purchase of poinsettias this year. You may purchase a poinsettia in memory or in honor of loved ones. The flowers will be placed in the auditorium on Sunday, December 4th. They will be available through the church office for $6. You may take them home after the 10:45 a.m. service on December 18th to enjoy them during Christmas week.

Pastor’s Love Offering
It is an important part of the holiday season for our church to express our love and appreciation to Bro. & Mrs. Payne by presenting to them a love offering. This is something our church has enjoyed doing for 69 years. We will be receiving your gift through Sunday, December 25th. You can use the envelope system and drop your love gift in the offering plate during any service. Mark “love offering” on the envelope. Bro. & Mrs. Payne give untiringly to our church all year. Let us now be generous in our love gift to show how much we appreciate all they do.
